My policy is simple. I want you to love your order, use your order and be happy with your order! If you aren’t happy, if something breaks, if you don’t receive your order PLEASE CONTACT ME! I want to make it right. Sometimes things break - it happens that a jump ring will come apart, a solder joint will fail, a naughty horse will leave you in the dirt and your item isn’t the same. I can fix most issues and if not I know who made your piece…and she can probably make another.
I’ve been very fortunate to have amazing customers. I appreciate you very much. If you have a large custom order I will sometimes take a deposit, which is nonrefundable once the piece is under construction.
